EMS provides support developing, growing and facilitating on-line professional forums (Communities of Practice). EMS assists organizations of all sizes to become more proficient at knowledge creation, organization, application and transfer while providing and leveraging a myriad of knowledge enabling services and net-enabled solutions.
Knowledge Management (KM) enhances day-to-day-operations, facilitates the exchange of knowledge, supports training, fosters leader development, supports lessons learned, and enhances professional education. KM also supports current process re-engineering and the evolution of future operational concepts.
